UK appointment request

Request a Lie Detector Appointment

Submit preferred dates, location and contact details so the matter can be reviewed before a lie detector appointment is confirmed.

Confidential enquiry reviewed before confirmation.

Preferred location and date can be requested.

No automated booking or fake urgency.

Consent and suitability are checked first.

Step 1

Request review

The form gathers enough context to decide whether an appointment discussion is appropriate, without asking you to over-disclose at this stage.

Step 2

Confirm suitability

The matter is considered for fairness, informed consent and professional testing conditions before any appointment is offered.

Step 3

Arrange the appointment

If accepted, location, date, retainer, preparation and confirmation are handled as the next step. Submitting the form alone does not reserve a slot.

Confidential appointment request

Request an Appointment

Complete the form and include enough information for an initial suitability review. The request does not confirm a test and does not commit you to proceeding.

For more detail on the process, read the indexed UK lie detector appointment guide.

Preferred contact method

We will normally respond by email.

Please provide only the information needed for an initial suitability review. Do not include highly sensitive personal data unless necessary. Maximum 500 characters.

Submission of this form is an appointment request only. An examination will not proceed without the examinee's informed and voluntary consent.

Required fields are marked with an asterisk.

Appointment FAQ

Before you submit the request

Is this an instant online booking?

No. The form is an appointment request. Dr Keith Ashcroft reviews suitability, consent and scope before any examination is confirmed.

Do I pay before submitting the request?

No payment is required to submit an appointment request. If the matter is accepted, the individually quoted fee and any required £125 reservation retainer will be explained before the appointment is confirmed. The retainer is a payment on account against the individually quoted examination fee, not the examination fee itself.

Can I request a preferred location and date?

Yes. You can include your preferred UK location and dates. The final appointment depends on examiner availability and a suitable private venue.
