Confidential enquiry reviewed before confirmation.

Preferred location and date can be requested.

No automated booking or fake urgency.

Consent and suitability are checked first.

Step 1

Request review

Share the general issue, preferred area and who the examination may involve. Keep the first note brief; sensitive detail can be discussed after suitability has been reviewed.

Step 2

Confirm suitability

Before anything is arranged, the enquiry is checked for voluntary consent, scope, health considerations and practical testing conditions.

Step 3

Arrange the appointment

If the matter is suitable, the office will confirm availability, venue options, fee and preparation notes before anything is booked.

Appointment FAQ

Before you submit the request

Is this an instant online booking?

No. The guided pathway is an appointment request. Dr Keith Ashcroft reviews suitability, consent and scope before any examination is confirmed.

Do I pay before submitting the request?

No payment is required to submit an appointment request. If the matter is accepted, the individually quoted fee and any required £125 reservation retainer will be explained before the appointment is confirmed. The retainer is a payment on account against the individually quoted examination fee, not the examination fee itself.

Can I request a preferred location and date?

Yes. You can include your preferred UK location and dates. The final appointment depends on examiner availability and a suitable private venue.
