How Booking Works
We do not operate an automated online booking system. Every examination follows a structured process to ensure suitability, professionalism, and proper preparation.
Enquiry Received
Submit your enquiry by phone, email, or contact form. All enquiries are treated confidentially.
Consultation & Suitability
A brief, no-obligation consultation to review the matter, assess suitability, and explain the examination process.
Quote & Payment Link
If suitable, we send a confirmation email with your quote, a secure payment link, and our Terms of Engagement.
Appointment Confirmed
Your appointment is confirmed only after any required £125 reservation retainer or agreed fee has been received. A calendar invitation follows.
Preparation Information
A pre-examination information pack is sent 48–72 hours before your appointment to ensure you are fully prepared.

Reservation Retainer & Appointment Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed only after a confidential consultation and receipt of any required £125 reservation retainer or other agreed payment.
Purpose of the Reservation Retainer
The £125 reservation retainer is a payment on account against the individually quoted examination fee, not the examination fee itself. Its primary purpose is to reserve the agreed appointment and permit agreed preparatory work to begin.
It does not represent a fixed fee for case preparation and does not determine or limit the professional work required by the instruction. The retainer is credited against the balance due under the individual quotation.
How Confirmation Works
Following your consultation, we will send a confirmation email containing the individually quoted fee, a secure payment link and our Terms of Engagement. Your appointment is not confirmed until any required reservation retainer or agreed fee has been received.
The remaining balance, if applicable, is due no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. For short-notice bookings, the full fee may be payable at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Refund or transfer decisions depend on the notice provided, work already undertaken, and costs incurred at the point of cancellation. We will always consider individual circumstances fairly.
