Dr Ashcroft will review the background to the matter, confirm medical and psychological suitability, explain the polygraph process in detail, and carefully discuss and agree every question that will be asked. A comprehensive, confidential written report is produced where appropriate. Preliminary results are usually communicated during or shortly after the examination.
